In this part-time position, you will dedicate 28 hours to route setting while committing up to 12 hours as a youth competitive coach. Your main responsibility will be to create engaging climbing practices and oversee all youth classes. Be prepared to travel across Alberta for competitions, with expenses fully covered by the gym.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and set climbing routes for competitors • Conduct effective training sessions for young athletes • Oversee various climbing classes and their management • Collaborate on curriculum and lesson planning • Travel to coach teams at competitions

Requirements:• Minimum of 2 years in route setting • Lead Climbing certified with strong fall safety knowledge • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills • Experience coaching structured climbing programs • Minimum V7 / 5.12 climbing level
