Saskatoon EAL Consultant Role

Elevate English language learning as a full-time EAL Consultant at Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre, beginning August 27, 2026, in Saskatoon. You’ll coordinate comprehensive EAL programming.

In this permanent role, you will supervise the EAL curriculum's implementation and ongoing refinement from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Your leadership will ensure effective departmental practices for student assessment and transition while aligning with provincial education standards and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee EAL programming across all grade levels • Develop procedures for student assessment and intake • Monitor EAL services for effectiveness and compliance • Facilitate instructional supports and curriculum development • Review student data to inform program adjustments

Requirements:• Strong understanding of EAL instructional practices • Experience in coordinating educational programs • Proficiency in data collection and compliance • Leadership skills in guiding teaching staff • Commitment to program evaluation and improvement
