Lead the pharmacy team as a Head Pharmacy Technical Assistant at Pharmaprix. This full-time position focuses on operational excellence and exceptional patient care in your community.
We are looking for a Head PTA who will manage pharmacy activities and ensure adherence to OPQ protocols. You’ll be involved in staff training, scheduling, and maintaining customer service quality. A passion for patient care and a collaborative approach with the pharmacist-owner are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Direct pharmacy schedule based on operational requirements • Enforce OPQ protocols to ensure compliance • Train new pharmacy personnel effectively • Promote a supportive work culture for all employees • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:• Experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary • Prior position as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant preferred • Proficient in computer and data-entry tasks • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle a busy, task-oriented environment
