Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Saint John, New Brunswick Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday Pay Rate: $18.00/ hr - $2 2 .00/ hr
Job Information: We're looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide outstanding service while working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Process orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform general administrative and office support duties as required
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a team and/or independently
Responsible, professional, punctual and reliable
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality practices
