Job Description Midland Transport is currently seeking a

Terminal Manager

for our Saint John Terminal. Reporting to the Director, Operations– Atlantic, the Terminal Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the terminal, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost‑effective service delivery.

Responsibilities Lead terminal operations to achieve targets for cost control, safety, service quality, and asset utilization across transport and/or courier activities Demonstrate excellent leadership characteristics and the Irving Values Foster a highly engaged workforce through employee involvement, communication, and a positive workplace cultureImplement the Irving Management System and foster a culture of continuous improvement at the terminal Collaborate with the Sales team to support business growth and ensure new customer onboarding aligns with Midland’s operational capabilities and standards Develop, coach, and guide both direct and indirect reports to strengthen team capability and support long‑term talent growth

Qualifications Education required: University Degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline Experience: 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience within transportation or courier operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Exceptional critical thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
