Lead the overall success of the branch by maintaining and optimizing branch profitability. Grow the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels. Create a welcoming environment and ensure all customer needs are met, delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.Implement people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent. Drive accountability and coach team members to achieve operational, developmental, and customer‑experience expectations. Lead any change initiative and ensure relevant information is cascaded to the team. Ensure high employee engagement and develop individual development plans.Maintain all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Guard the confidentiality of client information and act in accordance with policies on customer confidentiality. Act as a Fairstone ambassador in local communities, projecting a positive company image.Qualifications
College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business). Three to five years of directly related work experience in the finance industry, sales (consumer finance preferred), or three to five years of previous management experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer‑relationship‑building skills.Strong communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and customers at all levels. Effective verbal, written, and listening skills. A self‑starter who is proactive and displays initiative. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
