Deliver exceptional patient services as a Patient Service Associate in the Vascular Studies Unit. Your key responsibilities will focus on patient registration, scheduling, and preparation for examinations.

In this role, you will ensure prompt service for patients visiting the Vascular Studies Unit. You will manage registration and appointment scheduling efficiently while preparing patients for examinations. Additionally, handling inquiries and maintaining cleanliness in work areas will be essential to your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Register and schedule vascular investigation appointments • Prepare patients for physical examinations • Guide patients back to wards after procedures • Maintain cleanliness of work cubicles • Respond to phone inquiries from patients and departments

Requirements:• GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Level experience preferred • Background in healthcare or customer service is advantageous • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities in a medical setting • Commitment to providing quality service to patients
