Merchandiser - 4 Week Contract Position, Saint John

Overview

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do. This position is for a duration of 4 weeks only, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, from June 8 to July 3. No exceptions can be made to the shift days/times for this particular contract position.Responsibilities

Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks As directed, manage exit strategy and product return Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates Maintain store standards pertaining to image and trendsEnsure product displays are consumer focused and“shoppable” Receive merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures Maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to receiving and return of goodsSupport Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards Clean image to customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles Comply with all health and safety regulations Comply with all store standardsComply with loss prevention policies and procedures Perform other duties as required Qualifications

USD $16.35– $17.95 per hour (Canadian dollars $16.35 – $17.95 per hour). Pay may be adjusted according to experience and geographical region.
