As a Senior Security Supervisor with Reachfield Security, you’ll oversee a team while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and client expectations. Your role will involve daily briefings, on-the-job training for newcomers, and managing critical access points. Supervisory experience and a PLRD license are key requirements.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily operations of security personnel • Conduct daily briefings and patrol securely • Ensure effective access control measures are followed • Collaborate with clients and manage reporting protocols • Train and orient new staff members effectively
Requirements:• PLRD license (SSS / SS rank) and CERT training highly valued • Previous experience in security team supervision • Strong computer skills for documentation • Availability for fixed day/night shifts • Effective team leadership and communication skills
