Customer Service (Warehouse), Outram

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders for goods stored in the warehouse Coordinate with warehouse operations team for picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status and issuesEnsure timely order fulfilment and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, delays) Coordinate and ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule Prepare and process import/export permit declarations Ensure timely and accurate billing with all required supporting documentation Update and maintain data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet their requirement Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation and tracking Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processesPerform other duties as assigned by the operations and warehouse management team Requirements

A service-oriented team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately Ability to work in fast pace environment Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of outlook, WMS is advantageousAbility to Work 5.5 days work week. Mon-Fri:08.30am-5.30pm, Sat:08.30am-12.30pm
