Warehouse Customer Service Specialist, Outram

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Warehouse Customer Service Specialist. This role emphasizes order processing, coordination with logistics, and timely responses to customer inquiries.

As part of the operations team, you will manage customer orders while liaising with the warehouse staff for efficient picking and packing. You'll act as the customer's primary contact for order issues and ensure the accurate fulfillment of all requests. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities:• Process and manage customer orders for warehouse goods • Coordinate with operations for order picking and dispatch • Act as main contact for customer inquiries and order status • Ensure timely billing with complete documentation • Maintain data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System

Requirements:• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in computer systems, WMS knowledge preferred • Able to work a 5.5-day week • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
