Chef de Partie– Join the Fire at Humo Humo is a Spanish–Japanese restaurant in Singapore, built around fire, bold flavours, robata cooking, good energy, and strong professional kitchen standards.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up who is reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with us.

This is not the place for big egos or lazy mise en place. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a busy service, takes pride in a clean station, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that cooks seriously but keeps a good vibe in the kitchen.

At Humo, you’ll work with Spanish and Japanese flavours, charcoal, seasonal ingredients, creative dishes, and a team that believes hospitality starts in the kitchen.

What you’ll do

Own your station like a pro: mise en place, service, clean-down, and organization.

Keep high standards in cleanliness, food safety,

Work with the team to deliver fast, smooth, and consistent service.

Support junior chefs and help make the kitchen better every day.

Learn, contribute, and grow across Spanish and Japanese techniques.

What we’re looking for

Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef ready for the next challenge.

Someone calm under pressure, busy service is part of the fun.

Good attitude, good communication, and a team-first mindset.

Passion for cooking, learning, improving, and doing things properly.

Interest in Spanish, Japanese, robata, or fire‑led cooking is a big plus.
