Collaborate with the Head Chef and help to develop junior staff while ensuring flawless food presentation.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations • Train and supervise junior staff effectively • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation • Handle stock control, ordering, and inventory • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized
Requirements:• Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on experience • Minimum 3-5 years in a professional kitchen • Deep knowledge of Italian dishes and ingredients • Understanding of hygiene standards (HACCP) • Ability to work efficiently in busy environments
