Become a key member of our Pre-Operative and Admitting Services as a Customer Service Associate. Your focus will be on pre-operative scheduling and enhancing patient satisfaction through excellent service.
In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients within the Division of Pre-Operative Services. Responsibilities include advising patients on admission details and managing pre-operative scheduling. You will also provide essential financial counseling and ensure the collection of deposits.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate pre-operative scheduling for patients efficiently • Counsel patients about their admission process thoroughly • Collect deposits to facilitate smoother procedures • Provide financial advice to assist with patient admissions • Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance patient comfort
Requirements:• Diploma in any discipline is required • Preferably possesses customer service experience • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential • Team player dedicated to patient care and support • Willingness to guide and assist patients effectively
