Key Responsibilities:• Ensure superior customer service for all visitors • Respond to inquiries and feedback from tenants swiftly • Aid in loyalty program redemptions and management • Complete any tasks assigned by the management team • Foster a friendly shopping atmosphere throughout the center

Requirements:• GCE ‘O’ Levels or relevant education • 1 year experience in a relevant customer service role • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills • Capacity to work six days a week on rotating shifts
