Weekend Night Shift Production Supervisor, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure production output and quality standards are achieved • Supervise and support the production team onsite • Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and performance • Address health and safety risks with preventive measures • Train employees and help with their development

Requirements:• High School Diploma; College Diploma preferred • 5–10 years experience in production environments • Leadership skills; previous supervisory experience is a plus • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
