Key Responsibilities:• Lead and develop the maintenance team with training • Conduct timely Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance • Manage the budget aligning with cost-saving goals • Implement Global Standards for maintenance operations • Optimize planning processes with the Scheduler

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline • 7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience • Knowledge in TPM and maintenance scheduling • Experience in managing OPEX budgets effectively • Bilingual in French and English
