Perform day‑to‑day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager. Provide team members with feedback necessary for their professional development and achievement of objectives. Collaborate with production and customer service clerks to ensure exceptional customer service.In collaboration with the manager, manage inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
