As a Senior Manager in Project Engineering, you will spearhead the execution of significant CAPEX projects in Canada and parts of the U.S. Your role involves applying TPM Early Management methodologies to meet critical KPIs, promoting zero defects and safety incidents. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and represent Canada in the Global Engineering Community.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end execution of capital projects • Build and coordinate diverse engineering teams • Implement TPM Early Management methodologies • Achieve KPIs: zero incidents and defects • Facilitate project commissioning and operational handover

Requirements:• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering • Minimum 12 years in an engineering role • Proven CAPEX project execution experience • Proficient in French and English • Strong leadership and financial management skills
