Key functions include managing ingredient receptions in an ERP system, reconciling inventories, and guiding production staff in receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and oversee daily and cyclical inventory counts • Manage ingredient receptions and reconciliations in ERP • Assist in staff training on inventory processes • Produce reports and identify inventory discrepancies • Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories

Requirements:• College diploma in administration or equivalent experience • Experience with ERP inventory management systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Bilingual with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
