As PMR’s new Mechanical Designer, you will have a significant presence in project design and optimization. Candidates should have a DEC in Mechanical Engineering Technology, plus 5 to 10 years of mechanical design experience in industrial environments. Solid knowledge of CAD systems is necessary, with an emphasis on collaboration and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:• Create detailed engineering models for project clarity • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance for design changes • Control revisions and ensure proper documentation • Participate in cross-department technical reviews • Support client presentations with project managers
Requirements:• DEC in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent • 5 to 10 years’ experience in mechanical design • Proficient in Autodesk Suite and Microsoft Office • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communicator and team-oriented
