Elevate your career in digital architecture with Airbus North America as a Lead Advisor System Architecture. Help shape architectural practices while guiding a diverse team of architects in a hybrid work environment.
In this senior role, you'll be central to the roadmap and integration of systems within the Agile Release Train at Airbus Digital. You will foster the architecture practice and ensure the quality of Architecture Dossiers delivered by the team. Mentoring a team of around 15 solution and cybersecurity architects will be pivotal in achieving strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead architecture practices for Agile Release Train • Ensure compliance of Architecture Dossiers with Airbus standards • Define and maintain the architectural roadmap • Promote advanced concepts like Zero Trust and cloud technology • Produce clear decision matrices for architecturalchoices
Requirements:• Minimum five years in complex Information Systems architecture • Proficient in Enterprise Architecture frameworks • Experience in team management and mentoring • Deep knowledge of Cloud architectures and AI • Advanced English proficiency required, French a plus
