Join Airbus Atlantic’s Mirabel site as the Cockpit Design Team Leader. Lead a skilled team of designers focused on aerostructures, ensuring compliance with technical and customer standards.

Reporting to the A220 cockpit design supervisor, this leadership role involves managing a team of 5-10 designers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring design quality, coordinating activities, mentoring junior engineers, and providing progress reports. You will also oversee compliance with airworthiness requirements and manage change implementation in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure compliance with technical and customer requirements • Communicate essential data to the design team • Organize and coordinate team activities effectively • Ensure timely delivery of project objectives • Mentor junior engineers for professional growth

Requirements:• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering • 10+ years in aerostructure design • Proficiency in CATIA and ENOVIA • Bilingual in English/French • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and airworthiness requirements
