This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Performance and Project Management Expert to join our team, based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work together with the A-line team of the A220 Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Mirabel.Responsibilities

Act as the strategic partner for the Autonomous Production Team (EAP3) regarding Schedule, Cost, Quality, HSE, People and the performance of projects and the FAL Line A (Business Unit). Support the Head of Operations in decision-making: provide required analyses for decisions, lead critical actions for the area, and any other required elements.Lead the Business Unit's communication activities with both internal and external stakeholders. Lead People Change Management activities, including but not limited to improving employee engagement. Collaborate with the Head of Operations and stakeholders to resolve problems. Collaborate with experts from other teams with the objective of standardization.Translate the Head of Operations' vision into a strategic plan and track progress. Support and propose governance adaptations to maintain a high-performing organization that enables decision-making. Act as the escalation point with the AOS team and the team's strategic analysts. Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.Collaborate and support the quality structure of plans through the implementation of performance indicators. Manage risks and opportunities for the area and ensure they are escalated according to Airbus standards to the organization's Risks and Ops leader. Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.Establish and manage governance for multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus. Ensure overall coherence of initiatives leading to organizational CVAT improvement (improvement routines, PDCA, VSA, Balanced Scorecard...). Requirements

You hold a bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent. You have at least 8 years' experience in project or program management or equivalent. Leadership and Influence: You demonstrate strong leadership skills and a high level of influence, able to adapt to diverse audiences including managers at all levels. You have the experience necessary to guide teams through change.Organizational and Analytical Skills: You are organized and have strong analytical, planning and problem‑management skills. These abilities enable sound decision‑making aligned with operational needs and escalation of issues when necessary. You are also able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Collaboration and Facilitation: You are open‑minded, possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate great ability to work in a team. You can organize and facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to meet objectives. You are bilingual (French and English).
