Do you have professional experience in data development, a strong proficiency with digital tools and artificial intelligence for optimization purposes, and a desire to grow and develop new skills? Then this job is for you! The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Data&AI Solutions Developer to join the Supply Chain Process and Performance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). Our team is structured to promote autonomous, cross‑functional collaboration, where mutual support and collective learning are core values. Your responsibilities will include translating business processes and requirements into robust data products (applications and AI tools) to optimize A220 operations and transform complex data into decision‑making levers.Responsibilities
Application Development: Design and deploy operational dashboards. Create intuitive tools that enable production teams to visualize performance indicators in real time, ensure proper tracking, and analyze data. Data Object Architecture: Manage and structure "Objects" within the Skywise environment to guarantee reliable data read and write capabilities.Data Pipelines: Analyze large datasets and build automated transformation pipelines to convert raw operational data into actionable insights. AI Solution Customization: Develop and integrate artificial intelligence tools and large language models (LLMs) to save operational time and provide advanced decision‑support.ERP Data Integration (SAP): Master the extraction, cleansing, and correlation of data from SAP to ensure a "single source of truth" across Skywise and Google Workspace environments. Systems and Interfaces Automation: Develop and maintain APIs, macros, and synchronization scripts to ensure seamless data flow between IT ecosystems.Evolution and Documentation: Monitor performance and support existing developments, identify opportunities to upgrade them with the latest AI or Skywise features to meet evolving business needs, and ensure proper documentation of code and procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, PostgreSQL), Python (PySpark) for data processing, and JavaScript for UI customization. Knowledge of VBScript, C, or C++ is an asset. Familiarity with LLM integration and generative AI frameworks (e.g., Prompt Engineering).Ability to navigate complex database architectures and understand data coordination (Data Objects, Data Roles, and data security aspects). Ability to vulgarize complex findings, translating technical data into clear, professional, and business‑ready insights for non‑technical stakeholders. Analytical rigorous approach with a strong problem‑solving mindset.Ability to adapt quickly. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. Benefits
