Plans, writes, and develops instructions using eCATES. Defines the assembly process, tooling, and test equipment necessary to assemble modules and engines conforming to P&WC quality and engineering standards. Interprets complex drawings, documents, and engineering specifications. Maintains a close relationship with engineering in regards to test instruction creation. Supports production through the improvement of assembly procedures and production readiness. Supports production in the maintenance and improvement of test instructions.The first point of contact for the creation of temporary assemblies and test procedures during an investigation. Leads or participates in a quality clinic to assure the maintenance of key performance indicators. What do you need to be successful?

Be eligible to work in Canada. Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship. Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable. Pursue studies in Aerospace, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Assets

Catia or other CAD software. Microsoft Suite. Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, a working knowledge of English is required to read, understand and sometimes communicate in English. Working at Pratt&Whitney Canada
