Senior Technical Architect

serves as a top-tier technology leader responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide architectural strategy and standards. This role works closely with C-level executives, business leaders, and CIOs to align technology transformation initiatives with business vision and goals. They champion innovation, oversee complex multi-domain architecture programs, and provide guidance on the adoption of emerging technologies. They lead architecture governance, mentor senior architects, and influence organizational technology direction at the highest levels.Primary Responsibilities

Develop and communicate enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps that align with business strategy and objectives. Lead the design and governance of complex, multi-domain technology architectures across cloud, data, application, and infrastructure layers. Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize architecture initiatives and technology investments.Provide strategic advice and thought leadership on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and innovation opportunities. Oversee architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide principal architects and other senior technical leaders to enhance architectural competency across the organization.Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement enterprise solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Lead complex architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses for critical projects and programs. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements as a recognized thought leader.Promote continuous improvement and adoption of architecture best practices and frameworks. Required Skills&Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) highly preferred. 15+ years of progressively senior experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles. Proven expertise in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps across diverse technology domains.Deep knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, data architectures, security frameworks, and integration patterns. Strong experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent. Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at C-level and boardroom levels.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire senior technical teams and drive organizational change. Recognized industry certifications and thought leadership (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications) are strongly preferred.
