Become a key part of the Mont Gabriel Hotel&Spa's culinary team as a First Cook. This role demands preparation, cooking, and presentation of delicious dishes in a vibrant kitchen environment.

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you will engage in various cooking techniques, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards. You will contribute to menu development while working collaboratively in a supportive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and season ingredients for cooking • Set up cooking stations for efficient service • Cook dishes following established standards • Assemble and present plates according to guidelines • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and kitchen equipment

Requirements:• Professional Studies Diploma (D.E.P.) required • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices • Strong ethics and integrity in the kitchen • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration • Fluency in French, both spoken and written
