Plan and deliver recreation services and programs for older adults Supervise and train staff, while managing schedules Evaluate programs continuously based on participant feedback Develop partnerships to enhance community engagement Contribute to budget management and ensure resource availabilityRequirements

Relevant two-year diploma in recreation or similar A minimum of two years’ program planning experience Excellent customer service and organizational skills Completion of Police Information Check required Team-oriented with a focus on community needs Support the health and well-being of older adults through impactful programming in Saanich.
