Manage and prioritize operational deficiencies from ship reports Coordinate between Thales and operational teams for issue resolution Maintain availability for urgent, on-call support shift Report on performance metrics related to service delivery Schedule and conduct meetings with AJISS stakeholdersRequirements

Minimum 3-year marine technical diploma At least 5 years of work experience in the marine field Robust communication and multitasking skills Experience liaising with Coast Authorities and FMFs Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Contribute to naval excellence by effectively managing fleet schedules and operational needs as part of Thales.
