Job Description

As a Branch Manager at TD Canada Trust, you will lead a medium‑sized team to initiate customer conversations, provide banking solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

Mentor the team on advice‑giving strategies for banking solutions to improve customer experience and financial confidence. Promote TD’s image in the community and participate in community events. Understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. Act as the highest point of escalation for the branch and resolve reported matters when required.Oversee complex branch administrative duties for mutual funds, real‑estate secured credit, and additional compliance issues. Ensure overall employee scheduling is optimal. Develop and implement business‑development strategies within the budget and communicate results to the team to meet objectives.Ensure accuracy of all customer transactions as per TD’s policies to achieve operational excellence. Mentor the team on offering One TD solutions and building lasting relationships. Liaise with Wealth&Business Banking to stay updated with processes, emerging issues, and regulations. Cultivate a positive, customer‑focused work environment that builds productivity, innovation, operational improvement, and professionalism. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience. Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course. Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, policies, programs, and systems. Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications.Strong communication skills with customers, employees, and cross‑functional teams. Thorough and accurate decision maker with discretion and judgement skills when handling confidential information. Dedicated leader who can positively influence the team and achieve results through negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Compensation

Base salary ranging from

$77,500

to

$109,400

CAD per year. Work Location

Rouyn, Quebec, Canada Hours

37.5 hours per week Language Requirement (Quebec only)
