It’s your career to build.As an EY-Parthenon Consultant within our Strategy and Execution practice, you’ll participate as a valued member of project teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. Together with your team, you will play a vital role by supporting and executing strategies for transactions and developing experience across a range of different type of engagements including pre‑deal (due diligence, operational and carve‑out planning) and post‑deal (integration planning, tracking, value creation) touching upon key functional areas, across a variety of industries.Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support, and executive communication Carve‑out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, supporting operating model design, and transaction services agreement development Operational due diligence, stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, operating model designSynergy/value realization identification, validation and tracking Development of Transitional Services Agreements Development of M&A and integration playbooks Support client engagement teams execute integration or carve‑out services Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areasWhat we look for

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for clients. Experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement is considered an asset. Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements or scopes of work and deliver results under tight deadlines. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write reports and presentations in a clear and concise manner. Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders is valued. Confident communicator to clients at all organization levels, including executive, VP, director, and operational management, with strong presentation delivery and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Ability to travel within Canada and the US (must be authorized to work in Canada). This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.Ideally, you will also have: Experience in audit, assurance, or related fields is considered an asset.
