What We Offer Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of

$100,000– $130,000 (CAD)

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership&Supervision: supervise maintenance employees, contractors and sub-contractors, provide training, coaching and ongoing development to the maintenance team, foster a positive, collaborative work environment

Maintenance Planning&Execution:

plan, schedule and improve routine, preventative, and shutdown maintenance activities, maintenance systems and methodologies to ensure fast, reliable response to equipment issues, manage maintenance work systems and contracts in compliance with H&S requirements

Continous Improvement&Problem Solving:

lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, analyse equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, drive continous improvements through effective leadership in maintenance meetings

Saftey, Compliance&Cost Control:

ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and company values, support legislative and regulatory compliance across maintenance operations, manage departmental budgets and maintain strong cost control

What You Offer

Experience: 2 years in industrial maintenance + 1 year of people supervision

Knowledge:

electrical, mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic), fabrication/welding, PLC programming

Technical:

MS Office, CMMS (ex. EAM, SAP, MAXIMO)

Personal:

communication, leadership, team player, organized, problem solver
