Key Responsibilities:• Design CRMA solutions, data models, and dashboards • Optimize data ingestion and transformations for performance • Collaborate on governance, security, and best practices • Support training sessions to increase analytics adoption • Conduct performance tuning of existing analytics assets
Requirements:• Minimum 4 years in Salesforce CRM Analytics • Strong knowledge of dataflows, SAQL, and JSON • Experience with Sales Cloud and external data systems • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components • Understanding of Salesforce DevOps pipelines
