We are on the hunt for a seasoned CRM Program Lead to ensure end-to-end delivery of our CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years in CRM delivery with strong leadership in platforms such as Salesforce FSC or Microsoft Dynamics. You will engage with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Relationship Management to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead the CRM program roadmap and execution for Commercial Banking • Oversee planning, design, implementation, and support phases • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and processes • Drive enhancements for Salesforce FSC or Microsoft Dynamics • Manage teams and ensure delivery excellence and governance
Requirements:• 10-15 years in CRM program delivery and leadership roles • Proven experience in enterprise CRM implementations • Strong expertise in Commercial Banking domains • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs • Excellent stakeholder management skills
