Key Responsibilities:• Manage operations for Area 2, Line 1, and the sander line • Ensure a safe, injury-free work environment • Drive efforts toward EHS compliance and reliability • Develop employee skills through ongoing coaching • Maintain necessary compliance documentation on site
Requirements:• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting • Familiarity with thermal oil and furnace systems • Proficient in MS Word and Excel data analysis • Background in employee development and coaching • OSB knowledge is preferred
