Key Responsibilities:• Manage operational activities at ore processing facilities • Lead and mentor metallurgy and lab staff • Develop metallurgical strategies for treatment operations • Ensure compliance with operational and safety guidelines • Support budgeting and performance tracking initiatives

Requirements:• University degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related area • At least ten years of experience in gold processing operations • Prior experience in a gold processing lab is an advantage • Bilingual in French and English is required • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
