Description
Position Temporary position for six months (on‑call). The work mode arrangement is full‑time onsite.
Responsibilities As a member and client experience advisory agent, you help give members and clients a better experience and ensure they are satisfied. You promote the organization’s cooperative values by supporting clients and members with their banking transactions, promoting Desjardins products and services, listening to their needs, and offering personalized solutions. You identify business opportunities and refer clients to colleagues who can meet specialized needs. You advise on the use of digital solutions and ensure financial transactions are smooth, while addressing any issues that arise.
More specifically, you will be required to:
Support members and clients by explaining technological tools and applications that help them perform transactions and operations independently.
Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery and activities.
Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
Stay current on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.
Adhere to compliance, security, and risk‑management rules.

Salary range: $40,426 to $52,317 per year

What You Bring To The Table
High school diploma or related field
At least one year of relevant experience (other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered)
Strong communication skills in French, English, and Spanish, both oral and written
Knowledge of all convenience services products and services
Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members and business centers, components, and distribution networks, and competitor services
Ability to enter data into systems
Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks, and internal controls
Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services, automated and assisted transactions
Knowledge of service standards
