We are seeking a Receptionist to support our hotel operations with exceptional service. You will greet guests, manage the switchboard, maintain accurate work logs, and perform essential clerical duties. Key Responsibilities:• Greet and direct guests to proper contacts • Operate the telephone system and switchboard • Maintain records and logs of hotel transactions • Process payments and issue receipts • Handle clerical tasks, including mail sorting

Requirements:• Secondary school graduation certificate • 1 to 7 months of reception experience • Proficient with MS Outlook • Excellent oral communication skills • Organized and reliable in daily tasks
