Packaging and Utility Associate, Richmond

The role involves a day shift from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, where you will support production by preparing packaging materials and ensuring proper labeling. With a strong emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), you will keep the workspace organized and safe while also assisting your team with additional tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Assemble and prepare packaging materials for use • Verify and print labels according to product standards • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace • Safely stack products onto pallets for distribution • Use pallet jack and forklift following safety procedures

Requirements:• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills • Basic computer proficiency for label printing • Forklift experience or willingness to train • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and enduring physical tasks
