The position is pivotal within the Repair Services Operations Department, reporting to the Manager, Repair Services. You will utilize your five years of experience with CNC Mitutoyo CMMs to create and maintain programs while inspecting aircraft part conformance. You’ll also engage in cross-training to broaden your skills across inspection-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:• Program and operate CNC CMM safely and efficiently • Maintain program databases and equipment calibration • Verify compliance to rework requirements • Conduct in-process measurements of aircraft components • Liaise with technicians to troubleshoot CMM issues
Requirements:• Five years’ experience with CNC CMMs • Proficient in GD&T and precision measuring tools• Mechanical blueprint interpretation skills • Ability to work overtime and shifts • Strong communication skills for documentation
