Director of Enterprise Risk Management Role, Richmond

Lead risk strategies as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management for a leading insurance organization. Collaborate with executive leaders to foster a proactive risk culture while enhancing governance and controls.

In this senior leadership position, you will report to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating enterprise-wide risks while partnering with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:• Implement continuous enhancements of the Enterprise Risk Management framework • Drive the annual enterprise risk assessment process and reporting • Prepare risk insights for executive leadership and board • Partner with leaders to assess strategic and operational risks• Develop enterprise risk registers and dashboards

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field • 8+ years in enterprise risk management or compliance • Experience in presenting executive-level reports • Understanding of COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks • Strong analytical and communication skills
