Key Responsibilities:• Assemble electronic components with precision per standards • Perform hand soldering and testing of assemblies • Conduct component placement and installation tasks • Manage final assembly, packing, and shipping when necessary • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety procedures

Requirements:• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential • Knowledge of electronic components handling preferred • Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus • Basic Excel skills necessary for reporting • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
