Production Team Member, Richmond

Description Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our team! Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on the afternoon shift.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 5:00am‑1:30pm Folding Cartons Division

Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm Corrugated Division

Monday‑Friday 3:30pm‑12:00am Corrugated Division

Compensation The starting wage for this position is $20/hour.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately

Restack finished and stripped product as required

Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives

Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality

Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times

Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
