Dometic Marine Production Engineer Position, Richmond

As part of the Vancouver team, you will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with both technical and production personnel. The Production Engineer's role involves conducting root cause analysis, problem resolution, and proposing improvements to optimize production workflows. You'll play an essential role in fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Act as a technical resource for production teams • Execute root cause analysis and problem resolution • Collaborate for optimal process improvements • Assess and enhance manufacturing equipment effectiveness • Promote Lean initiatives and standardized work practices

Requirements:• Preferred engineering degree or technical diploma • At least 2 years in a manufacturing setting • Experience with Lean and operational improvement techniques • Strong skills in MS Office suite • Effective communication and analytical abilities
