Building Operator I - Facilities Maintenance, Richmond

Become a Building Operator I with Cadillac Fairview and play a key role in maintaining our facility's electrical and mechanical systems. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential for this position.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and conducting inspections to uphold a safe environment for tenants and patrons. Requirements:• High school diploma; enrolled in SMA or SMT (BOMA) • Two years of relevant experience in plant operations • Solid understanding of maintenance procedures • General knowledge of HVAC systems • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other related software
