This role works directly under the Life Enrichment Manager, focusing on planning, executing, and evaluating activities that enrich the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of seniors' lives. You will lead community initiatives while ensuring effective communication and compliance with all health and safety standards, fostering a nurturing environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and evaluate resident-centered programs • Lead and promote engagement in social activities • Maintain clear communication with residents and staff • Document program participation and assessments • Engage with local media and the wider community

Requirements:• Grade 12 education required • Experience in recreation for seniors is ideal • Valid alcohol serving and CPR certification required • Excellent leadership and communication abilities • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
