Part‑Time Front Desk Associate – Richmond Location: Myodetox – Richmond (6633 Buswell St #175, Richmond, BC).
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week, including Wednesday PM and Friday AM. Schedule may change; flexibility welcomed.
As part of the front desk team, you will deliver exceptional hospitality, manage clinic operations, and support our clinical team to create a seamless client experience while contributing to sales objectives.
What You'll Do
Provide all clients exceptional service and hospitality in line with Myodetox standards.
Introduce new clients to our service offerings with clear, on‑brand messaging via phone, walk‑in, and written communication.
Constantly monitor and manage the clinic schedule, implementing shift optimisation, booking strategy and wait‑list management.
Ensure all claims, invoices and transactions are submitted and filed accurately.
Maintain clean, consistent client notes for seamless service.
Consistently monitor and maintain clinic organisation and cleanliness: sanitisation, cleanup of movement tools and equipment, wipe down of surfaces, replenishment of therapist pods and treatment rooms, and other necessary tasks.
Engage in any tasks related to client follow‑up, business‑driving or marketing initiatives as assigned.
Maintain consistent communications with all other FDAs and clinic staff to ensure seamless handoff from one shift to the next.
Share insights from daily shifts, therapists and client feedback with Operations Lead as relevant.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or hospitality role.
Ability to work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week.
Strong commitment to positive client interactions and experiences.
Proactive pride in maintaining a clean, presentable clinic workspace.
Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
Passion for the services we offer and ability to communicate long‑term value to clients.
Perform job duties with consideration for business‑driving booking strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Innate curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
