Job Details Join a growing team in the food manufacturing industry! We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Food Production Worker to join a startup facility in Richmond specializing in high-quality meat and rice bowls. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for those who are committed to long-term growth and excellence in food safety.
Compensation&Hours Pay: $21.00 per hour
DAY: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
EVENING: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Please note you must be available for a half day orientation for paid GMP training before you start.
Location&Transportation Richmond, BC– This facility is not bus accessible. Requirement: You must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
Work in a cold production environment for the duration of the shift.
Handle, scoop, and package various meats (Chicken, Beef, and Pork).
Perform repetitive movements and stand for long periods.
Lifting up to 25 lbs consistently.
Participate in paid orientation and task‑specific training on Day 1.
Qualifications
Commitment: Excited about the food industry with a can‑do attitude.
Communication: 10/10 English proficiency (must be able to read and speak clearly).
Documentation: Must have a valid work permit (minimum 1 year before expiration).
Good Manufacturing Practices: Strict hygiene, no fake nails, fake lashes, jewelry, or perfume. Must be comfortable wearing hair nets, face nets, smocks, and bootie covers, and have your own steel‑toe boots.
