Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily A/P activities and invoice filing • Reconcile compensation payable and A/R accounts • Prepare, enter, and review month and year-end entries • Handle check preparations and bank deposits • Report and resolve discrepancies with the Accounting Team

Requirements:• Background in bookkeeping or related degree • 2+ years accounting experience • Proficient at data entry with attention to detail • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and Word • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach
